Is TipStix compatible with my skis?

TipStix is compatible with most ski models, but placement of your TipStix may vary depending on your height. Refer to our INSTALLATION GUIDE for tips on how to install.

Will I need to replace my TipStix each season?

No - with proper care and storage, TipStix will last for many ski seasons to come. Our weather-resistant ski pole holders are made from durable resin and carbon fiber reinforced polymer plastic, and are equipped with magnet and industrial-strength adhesion technology.

Is Tipstix appropriate for skiers of all levels?

Yes - Tipstix is designed for all skiers, from beginners to pros. Our user-friendly mounting system is perfect for all ages and abilities, and weighing just .25 lbs (4 oz.), it won’t slow you down.

Will my poles stay in place while traversing uphill or riding the lift?

Yes - we've conducted countless hours of rigorous testing under various skiing conditions and terrain to ensure that our integrated mounting system keeps your poles firmly attached when you don’t want to hold them. Even traversing uphill, at various angles, or dangling back and forth on the chair lift, you can rest assured your TipStix device is securely mounted and your poles aren’t going anywhere - unless you want them to.

How do I remove TipStix from my skis?

Insert a flat head screwdriver between the front pointed end of your TipStix and your ski. Gently tap the screwdriver downward, separating the device from the ski. Use your hand to rub off and remove any adhesive material that remains on the ski.

Will installing TipStix affect ski storage/transportation of my skis?

No - TipStix won’t add any additional weight or bulk to your skis. They will still fit on most ski racks comfortably.
